As part of the MACIV-nodes experiment, 624 nodal seismological sensors have been installed on the Chaîne des Puys and in the Cézallier-Monts Dore region between September 15 and 24, 2025 by 7 teams of two people. They will remain in place for one month and will be retrieved between October 27 and November 10.

The town halls of the 228 municipalities concerned by our installations have been contacted by email, as well as the Puy de Dôme Departmental Council and the Volcans d’Auvergne and Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Parks (PNR).
